Glad to see you are feeling a little better. Boy has this been a tough week for you between your kids and now you being sick. However, you kept going and are a real trooper. Thank you so much for all the support you give to all of us!
Today I will go to the gym and do the elliptical for 45 minutes, then do some weights. I really need to work on my arms any suggestions will be helpful.
Tonight while some people are watching the superbowl and eating everything in sight (this was me last year)
I'm going line dancing (I'm sure the game will be on the TV's....but there won't be snacks all around. to tempt me)

Hi, Kathy!
This is my 1st time replying to your exercise log. Since it was so nice out this afternoon, instead of just walking in the condo as I've been doing since surgery, I took a walk outside in the neighborhood. I took the cell phone and headphones with me (so that my hands would be free to carry my bottle and unscrew and rescrew the cap on it) and made several calls while walking (unlimited weekend mins.), so the time just flew by. Before I knew it, I had been walking for 1 1/2 hrs.! It's been yrs. since I walked for that long. I felt great for a little while afterward, but ever since I've been really tired. I keep having to remind myself that I had major surgery 6 wks. ago tomorrow, and I'm still healing, but I keep waiting for the burst of energy that I'm supposed to get and it's no where to be seen (or felt).
