Surgery Date Set
Hi Everyone, I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself, My name is Kathy and after carful consideration and countless hours of research and pre-op apointments with all the necessary doctors I am in the last phase of waiting. My surgery date has been set for March 7th, and we are just waiting to here from the insurance company now. I have been overweight my whole life and I am excited and nervous about the future!!! I hope everyone is well and happy. I have been reading a lot of the post on this website and find them to be very helpful. I think the fact that you are all so candid about your stories and so supportive of each other halped me make my final decision.

Welcome!!! I too am new to this board and found the people here to be very friendly and supportive. I had my surgery on March 8th of last year, so greetings to a "Fellow Marcher"!! I wish you all of the best on your surgery and look forward to reading your posts. The "Big Day" will be here before you know it and you too will be a "LOSER"!!! LOL. Don't be shy about posting your questions or concerns.... that's what we are here for. The only "stupid question" is the one that doesn't get asked!! Take care and be well.
