Hi Joanie; I'm on the 3rd shift at work so I usually have Breakfast around 10am after work and my morning walk. I eat dinner with the family around 8pm and I have lunch at work between 2 and 3am. Since today is a day off, I'm on a "Normal Human schedule": B: 2/3 cup or fat- free cottage cheese with sliced peaches(no sugar ) and a cup of dry Cheerios ( about the same calorie count as a slice of bread, more protein and I like the crunch!) S: low- fat cheese stick L: "chef's" salad made with fresh spinach, tomato, low- fat cheese stick, tuna, and "dilly beans (home- made pickled green beans...yum). S: 2 sugar- free popsicle halfs (15 calories each and pretty tasty) D: turkey meatballs in gravy with brown rice and vegetable. My wife makes fantastic turkey meatballs using lean ground turkey and makes the gravy with chicken or turkey broth and almost no fat. My older daughter is home from college this weekend. Her 20th birthday is Monday (How old do I feel??!!! LOL) and we're celebrating tomorrow. I plan to have a little bit of birthday cake so tomorrow's calorie count will be high. Oh well, you can't totally refrain from life. Cheers Mike

Hi Joanie; My wife has been making this dish forever and I don't know if she uses a formal recipe, but I'm sure that she'll share what she does. I'll get back to you. Mike
