TV SHOW LAST NIGHT

Hi Everybody, I have to share with you this.... After the show finished, they gave me a copy of tape from this show. ( Joanie I will save this for your Party!) It went very well and My trainer did a wonderful job to talk about Excercise and tell people how proud she is about my Excercise. When I went home and look at the tape with my hubby. I got tears in my eyes because I finally see how I look good now than before even though I don t see myself from the mirror but that tape showed me that I worked hard to excercise and I look great on Show. I am proud of myself for working hard in excercise and keep using my tools in my lifestyle. I do not want to go back old Kathy anymore. I am more happier and enjoy my life with more active and can try new things than before. Thank you for listening my vent! The phone line on Tv Show was broken so people could not reach us to ask us some questions. My trainer and I will go to L M Support Group to talk about excercise on Feb 9th at 600 pm to 800 pm at L M hospital in New London and will use me to show people to do excercise. Dear Kathy, Congratulations on all that you have accomplished!! You are an inspiration to the rest of us. I am going to that February 9 meeting and I look forward to meeting you face to face. Congratulations Kathy! You have much to be proud of. You inspire the people on this board and hopefully your TV show will inspire more people to take better care of their health. I admire the fact that you had the courage to go on TV.... I never would have been brave enough. You're doing a wonderful job.....keep up the good work!!! Mike

Hey Kathy, Congratulations on your TV show. Your such a wonderful inspiration for me and everyone else here at WLS. I read all of your accomplishements and how your life has gone and I really have high respect for you. I would love to be able to view your show, where will it be telecasted? I you could put it on our site that would be wonderful too, I know others would probably love to have the opportunity to see it. Keep up the great work, your a wonderful person and I am glad that I have had the opportunity to chat with you on this site. Hi Kathy, I haven't had a chance to look at my copy of the tape yet, but David watched the whole thing in the studio, and said we did good, I kept asking him, did I look fat?? He said no, but then again, he loves me! I will have to check it out after work today! It ws fun! Hugs~ Robin

The White House? You have been such an inspiration to me and to many other folks on this list! What a great role model you are for us and for people who are considering having the surgery!
