Anyone have success with Anthem in getting lapband surgery approved? How about gastric bypass? I'm new at all of this and would appreciate your help. Thanks!

Anthem BCBS/State Preferred....no problem having a Lap RNY.
Approved in 4 days with excellent leter and documentation from PCP.
Depends on your indidvidual contract/employer.
