WLS SPRING GALA-MARCH 18TH

I found out through Joanie M. that there is going to be a wonderful ****tail party in Meriden for all WLS members. It is being held at the Monticello Restaurant on 466 South Broad Street in Meriden. The tickets are $20 per person with hot and cold appetizers and a cash bar. There will be a DJ too. You can contact Denise Arscott for tickets, her email is MABDA @aol.com

I thought I would post the directions in case anyone who is going needs them.
Driving Directions from my area (Milford)
Form I-95 Merge onto I-91 N via EXIT 48 on the LEFT toward HARTFORD. (7.58 miles)
Take the CT-22 exit- EXIT 11- toward NORTH HAVEN. (0.18 miles)
Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the CT-22 W ramp toward US-5 S/MT CARMEL. (0.03 miles)
Turn LEFT onto CT-22/ROUTE 22 CONNECTOR. Continue to follow CT-22. (0.68 miles)
Merge onto CT-15 N/WILBUR CROSS PKWY via the ramp on the LEFT toward HARTFORD. (7.92 miles)
Take the US-5 exit- EXIT 66- toward WALLINGFORD/MERIDEN. (0.21 miles)
Turn RIGHT onto N COLONY RD/US-5. Continue to follow US-5. (1.37 miles)
End at 466 S Broad St Meriden, CT 06450-6656
Total Estimated Time: 32 minutes
Total Distance: 24.88 miles
If you know Route 5, you can just follow that too. Also if you know the Parkway you can get off exit 66 then follow North Colony Road towards Meriden.

sorry I am not crazy about dance because I cannot hear music but I like to dance with friends for fun. i am sure you will have blast time there. I am hoping you can make to MiddleSex hosptial post op meeting on March 1 so I will be there . Hope you can make for bowling party on Feb 13th too. I will be there too! SMILE!

Kathy, you cant dance because you cant hear music. You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. I just went to my deaf nieces wedding. Everyone at the reception was deaf. I have been to a million weddings. and I have this observation. Deaf people dance better than people who can hear. I kid you not. If I had not known they were deaf I never would have known. I asked them how this could be they said, because they could FEEL the vibration, they could move to the music. You and Nicky should go and Peter and I should go. We would have fun. Consider it. Im not going if you dont.
