Kathy's Excercise Log- Thursday

Hi Mike, Six more weeks to go until Spring will be here! Hang in there! It is almost to be here! True! it is more fun to do excercise outside than staying inside the house during winter time. I never learn Kayak before but would love to learn how to use Kayak this summer. Did you get lesson for this in this area? I am from Waterford. I am sure my son would like to learn with this. he will be 12 years old in two more months. Look for gym who do not charge you for become a member for a year and just looking for couple of months for member to use gym equipments. It will be nice for all WLS people to join to learn how to use Kayak for the day! What do you think , WLS Gangs???? Kathy K
