Good morning Gangs, My son is sick with flu (fever,shivering, cough,headache, little sore throat and runny nose) Yesterday I took him to Walk in medical and it turned out that he have bro*****i (sp?). I picked up his homework assignments from his school to catch up his homework. He is staying home today. I am having butterflies in my stomach because tonight I will be on local Tv Show with my Trainer at 700 pm to 800 pm to talk about excercise. I did 15 min excercise bike this morning and will do 35 min on treadmill after work for my cardio excercise. I have new bug in me. If I do not excercise then I do feel GUILTY! I never feel that way before . If I excercise then I feel GOOD about it. I am sure you feel good after you did excercise. Have a nice Day! Don t worry Joanie I will make sure a copy of tape from this TV show so We can use it for your party this Spring coming! Kathy K (Today)

Hi Kathy, Sorry to hear your son is sick. Good luck tonight with the TV interview. You are so inspiring to me, and I'm sure to alot of other people, you are the perfect candidate to do this TV show...Good Luck!!! Today I exercised for 30 minutes on the elliptical. My husband and I were talking about exercise, and he wants to start some now since he has gained a few pounds. (I actually weigh less than him for the first time since I have known him - 10 years). Anyway, we are going to come up with an exercise plan that we all do together after work everyday. We are going to include my 5 yr old daughter as well, since she needs more activity. So, soon I will be exercising 2x a day. I will not give up the elliptical exercise in the morning, because I can see a difference in the shape of my thighs. I can't say I look forward to exercising, but I really miss it if I don't do it. And I feel great all day after I have done it - and that is a nice feeling! Enjoy your day everyone. Hey Anne That is so great to have your hubby to excercise togehter include your daugther so you and your family will be more healthier and more active for fun!!!! You can meet my trainer at the bowling and I am sure she will give you great tips about anything. I am still learning from her. SMILE! I hope to see you at bowling and want to give you a big hug !!!! Good Morning all, Kathy, sorry to hear about your son being sick. Good luck this evening you will do fine. Today I will walk around my building 4 times at lunchtime. This evening I will do 45 minutes on the eliptical. I do feel better when I exercise. Everyone have a great day! Kelly

Thanks Kathy- I can't wait to see it! I plan on doing my 2 mile walking aerobics tape today. I cannot wait to get my new tapes...I have to admit these are getting a bit "old"! I need some variety. Maybe I can get out there and walk this weekend. Have a great day CT! Joanie

Joanie I heard it will getting warmer next week in 40 degree so you might can do powerwalking (fast walk) outside. I am not too happy mommy today. School nurse called and said my daughter is starting coughing (she have asthma) and school nurse is giving her treatment machine to help her reduce coughing. It looks like she got this germ from my son!! Kathy K

Kathy- I hope both your kids are better soon. No one has been safe from these nasty bugs going around! I got my new Leslie Sansone DVDs...and did half of the 3 mile fat burning WATP walk aerobics... I am lovin' it! Joanie

Hi Kathy; I hope that your son recovers quickly. I don't have a formal exercise routine although I have become quite the "WALKOHOLIC"!! I try to walk at least 2 to 3 miles a day. I have an enthusiastic wife and an energetic dog who help keep me motivated. When the weather is bad, I try to walk on the treadmill, but I just don't like it as much and, of course, wife and dog don't get to join in!! I am thinking about joining a gym, but I'd rather find a pool that I can use because I love to swim. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can get back into my kayak. I re-discovered my kayak last summer after I lost enough weight not to sink the poor thing!!LOL It's a blast and great upper- body exercise too! Good luck with the TV show! Mike
