Mike I am so glad you came out of hiding! I will be a regular--now that I have found the post op meeting to be so supportive. Congratulations on the great job you have done. Can you tell us some of the secrets to your success? We would love to see what you are eating and doing for exercise...Post on our logs! Thank you all for a very warm welcome! I will be posting here now that I have met you nice people. Like many of you, I have been fighting seemingly endless plateaus after a large initial weight loss. Hi Joanie; I'll post on your Friday food log when it shows up. I don't think that I do anything special. It's just so much less food than I previously "shoveled in"!!! Thanks for your encouragement. Mike
