Thanks for starting this for me. I don't leave her until 10 am...os I have time for exercise and breakfast! I will eat lunch "on the road"...so I am not sure what I will have...No nighttime snacking for me! I am determined to stop this awful habit!
B-1 egg 1/2 slice rye toast 8g
S-protein drink 30 g
L-???does Middletown have a Wendys??
S-pistaschio nuts 6g
D-spinach - cheese ravioli w. tomato sauce 9g??

Good Morning...I too am happy to see the sun today.
Here is what I am planning for the day:
B- Carb Countdown yogurt, 12 gr
S- Protein shake, 20 gr
L- spinach wrap w/2 slices deli salami and 1 slice cheese, 25 gr
D- hamburger patty, no roll and a bit of potato salad, 21 gr
S- probably No Sugar Added Ben & Jerry's; or some cheese...

The sun sure is nice!! It's so quiet here today, I think I will sweep and mop and get my store nice and clean today. I need to stay busy or I want to eat!
B- 16oz CC Chocolate (24g)
S- Cottage Cheese (11g)
L- Wendy's chili w/ cheddar (20g)
D- Don't know, I forgot to take anything out of the freezer and don't have a lot of time between work and school. Maybe a lean cuisine (10-15g)
S- 1oz Cheddar & a few Ritz crackers. (7g)

It has been so late by the time i get on the puter these days, I never make the food logs.
B- Total protein cereal w/raisins and lactaid milk 18g
lg DD french vanilla coffee w/2 scoops beneprotein 12g
L - Sausage peppers and onions w/1oz melted mozz cheese 17g
s - Carb Well peanut butter protein bar - 10g
D- McDonalds fahita from dollar menu ( YUK! that was the grossest thing i ever ate!)
s - popcorn w/spray butter and sf popcicles
