Kathy's Excercise Log- Tuesday
Yesterday, I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, walking 3 minutes and running 2 minutes at intervals. Then did 35 minutes on the elliptical. It felt great, I must say.
Tonight I will do upper body training with the trainer at the gym. That will probably be about 45 minutes.
I really do feel GREAT about going to the gym more regularly! Who knew. I'm looking forward to seeing some results on this saggy baggy body of mine.
A good hint for you guys, if you're a clock watcher like me- find a CD that is fast paced and uplifting to listen to and it makes your time doing cardio go much faster! I'm currently listening to Daddy Yankee, Barrio Fino. It's a great CD to exercise to...especially if you like Reggaetone.

You are right about listening music helps to enjoy yourself with excercise. Can you imagine for me to excercise without music but I picutured myself with a nice bath suit on me or thinking about to prepapre what I will do when I get home from the Gym or tomorrow for planning SMILE I am getting used it. My son told me that he cannot live without music. I understand people need to listen music while excercise or driving car or whatever....
I am proud of you to keep excercise with your trainer. What about your best friend A.A.? How she is doing? Pass this message to her for me!
