Is it Monday again? Well..January 2005 will be a distant memory soon...we just need to survive Feb and hopefully March will bring some springtime weather!
B-protein drink 30g
S-NONE
L-salad with light dressing and 3oz of chicken 20g
S-1/8cup pnuts 6g
D-chicken 3 oz..and small amt of pasta-20g
12 oz protein drink--40oz of propel--12 oz of decaf coffee..64 oz!!

I hear you on the spring weather Joanie. I usually love the winter but either I am getting old or has this winter just been brutal? I am living for florida in April. We were going to go in February but waited to long to plan so we decided to just wait til april vacation.
Here is my food intake for yesterday:
B- protein bar, simply smart milk 25 g
L- baked chicken cottage cheese 22 g
S- yogurt 6 g
D- tortilla soup with lots of chunks of chicken in it. ??g (guessing by amount of chicken around 15g)
S- slim-a-bear bar 3 g
