Kathy's Excercise Log - Monday
Good morning!
Today when I got on the scale and saw 200 pounds yet again,
after being 197-198 for 3 days and being convinced that finally the plateau had broken, I got so mad, I decided to be spiteful and NOT exercise.
I know that is not the answer, but I was just so discouraged...
Oh well, tomorrow is another day, and now I will not skip exercise on Wednesday, which is my usual day off from exercising..

You need to talk with my trainer on bowling day on Feb 13th . She can give you good tips and bring your weight scale with you to give me so I can hold it for you because it drove you crazy!!! did you measure your body yet? Did you see lose inches... remember muscle gains more but not weight scale number... the more important is losing inches from your body. go measure your body and keep stick with excerise. I want to help you to reach size 14 because I know you can do this!! I am not give you up!!!!

I am so tired today! I went to bed early last night (about 12:30, well early for me
) and had to get up at 4:00 to do registration for classes for the session at the Y. It's ridiculous but true
Anyhow, I got in all the classes that my kids and I wanted. I am going to try a spinning class next session that I have heard good things about so I am excited about that.
I was going to skip exercise today because I was feeling so pooped but after reading the log it has motivated me to get moving. I know if I exercise I will end up having more energy. I don't think I want to drive back out to the gym so I think I will do the 3 mile WATP tape and do some ab work and call it a day.

I have been sick mostly for the last two and a half weeks, sick twice with a funeral thrown in the middle! Talk about stress! But started back on the regular routine this am, 30 minutes on the eliptical! My legs were like rubber until I stretched them! But it's good to get back to taking care of healthy me! Cathy
