Kathy's Excercise log- Sunday
I am going to do 30 mins on the eliptical and 45 minutes on the treadmill. I am going to try to do three circuits of weights today. I am not sure because I am mighty sore today. My thighs aches and my knees are so sore that every time I sit down I cringe. I am not sure what caused this. I did try a new class on Friday. But that was an Abs/Glutes class and I don't think that would have hurt my knees so badly. I dunno. I might try to work through the pain and see if it gets better. I had chinese food for lunch yesterday so maybe that did it. Too much sodium or MSG maybe?
After I work out I told the kids that I would let them go in the pool and........tah dah....I might actually go in with them!
After that I have my wonderful yoga class tonight with the instructor that is totally awesome. If anyone is located in the granby/simsbury area and is looking for a wonderful class the Sunday evening yoga class at the Farmington Valley YMCA rocks! I feel so calm and peaceful after leaving there and get a really good work out too!
