Carmen thanks alot for your suggestions my daughter did pick up some of the Carb Clever fruit coctail and I had a little and it was very good. I'm just so nervous to try things I don't want to do anything wrong. I've also noticed that lately I can take bigger sips of water without it hurting is that normal so soon.
My little taste of the fruit ****tail curved my craving so I'm happy again I just want to make sure I make the right choices!

The Carb Clever fruit is good. My daughter (4 1/2) loves to share "mommy's food" and that is a favorite! It is nice and soft, so easy on your stomach starting at pureed stages.
As for the water, you are normal. Slowly you will be able to drink more at a time. What a relief though, I thought I would be Sipping forever, now I can swallow 3-4 oz at a time. Nothing close to pre-op, but better than sips when you get really thirsty!

Here is my menu:
B- Carb Countdown yogurt, 12 gr protein
S- Protein shake, 20gr protein
L- spinach wrap w/lean corned beef, slice cheese, and horseradish, 18 gr protein
D- meatloaf, green veggie and mashed potatoes (tbsp. only)
S- probably a tbsp of reduced fat/reduced sugar peanut butter and a tsp.
of havarti cheese w/chives.
And water of course.
