Good morning Everybody, Thanks god today is Friday!!!!! I did my excercise with my trainer last night. warm up 5 min on treadmill chest flat presses 12 for 3 sets leg extensions 12 for 3 sets leg curls 12 for 3 sets abdominal excercise by throw ball to my trainer then she throws back to me then i had to sit up all the way then repeat 20 times for 3 sets triceps 12 for 3 sets biceps 12 for 3 sets row rope for back excercise 12 for 3 sets do few things things on excerise floors push up by using excercise ball 12 for 3 sets strength out to end 20 min treadmill for cardio Tonight I will use 40 min treadmill for cardio only Have a nice workout ! I wont be able to go to the gym today.. as I have my 1 month check up with Dr. A. today. I will do cardio at home after. Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine.... whew!!! I didnt realize I was on it that long as I was chatting with the girl next to me...LOL! Get me talking and I can do anything!! HAHAHA Have a wonderful FRIDAY! Beckie

Hi Kathy I did my one mile walk aerobics ar 11:30pm last night! I am going to do the two mile video today at some point--plus lots and lots of housework...I am off today. I am having some family and friends in for Kevin's 17th bday Sunday. Blessings to all Joanie

Good Morning and Happy Friday!! Well, I got up this morning at 5:15 instead of 5:30, and it made a big difference in getting out of the house on time. It was actually pleasant instead of crazy like usual. Today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. I don't want to pu**** too much, but I may aim for 5 am after a week or so of getting up at 5:15, and try to exercise even longer doing something with the weights we have. Have a great day!! Just need to report...I just did a 20 min LS video...1 mile. Lauryn and I will do the 2 mile when she gets home from school! Kathy-thanks for motivating me. I had been walking 2 to 4 miles five to six days a week--since surgery...you started the exercise log-just in time.. The weather was getting colder and we were weaning down to 3 and 2 times a week with the walking. Glad I thought of pulling out these videos... The scale is not moving--*3 weeks...but I feel good--and I know the weight will come off eventually. I never measured myself..but I can feel the inches melting away too. Joanie

Hi Joanie, Remember muscles gains more but inches should be melt away. Measure your body now and keep your excericse then will measure your body later so you will see you will lose inches! SMILE! Keep track my excercise on this post help me to stick my excercise too. Throw the weigth scale out from your window!!!! That's what my trainer told me LOL hugs Kathy K

Hi Kathy, Well I started off this morning with a 30 min,2 mile walk away the pounds video. (I will do another set in a little bit.) Then I went shopping at Kohls. 80% sale today and tomorrow ! So between the bending for the try on shoes segment, and the arm lifts for the shirts, and squats for the pants and skirts I got a really good workout! For a change I got a better workout then my wallet. I couldn't believe the bargains. I actually got a pair of shorts for .90 cents can you believe that? I have found shopping to be a blast! Sandy

Hi there- I'm in such a blah mood today...but I need to make sure I get to the Gym, so I figure I better tell someone I'm going to make myself accountable. My goal is to go and do 45 minutes of cardio today and then abs...since I already did upper and lower body this week. Then, as a reward for my hard work- I'll jump in the tanning booth for 5 minutes. That should warm me right up for the CHILLLY ride home! Have a good weekend all! Lisa C
