I almost forgot to post this!
I have been lax about Fitday.com..I started again today!
B-1/2 carb consider eng muffin-with 1 poached egg 9 g
S-water only--no protein drink today--out to dinner tonight
L-3oz of chicken over 1 cup of caesar salad 18g
D-steak or chicken...?? out to dinner with wonderful old friends I haven't seen in a while..I am going to enjoy the company and not obsess over the food!

Another long day. Wor****il 6, then class untill 9:15! Sometimes I wonder why I am doing this, but I know it will pay off!
B- 4oz Cottage Cheese (11g)
S- CC Milk w/ Unjury (44g although they won't all count)
L- Chicken Cheese Quesadilla Lean Pocket (10g)
S- 1oz Cheddar (7g)
D- Detour Bar (15g)
S- we'll see if I'm hungry after class

Good morning.
Here is my menu today:
B- Carb Countdown Yogurt, 12 gr protein
S- Protein shake, 20 gr protein
L- small chicken breast stuffed w/tsp cream cheese, 1/2 string cheese and a slice of bacon...very yummy.
D- don't know, forgot to defrost anything in my craziness to get out to work this morning.
I also drink 2 bottles of Propel every day, but I always forget to post that.
