I found a great snack..

I found baked cheddar puffs .. They are called Smart Puffs by Roberts American Gourmet. The puffs have 1 gram of sugar 2 grams of protein. They taste so good like real cheese doodles! Has anyone tried these?? Their website is Robscape.com.

Nina, I have tried these and they are really good. I get them for my kids a lot along with Veggie Bootie made by the same company. I don't know if you have seen another good snack out there made by Quaker Oats, called "Q Smarts" It is a soy snack that comes in Ranch and Cheddar flavors. They are small circle shapes and for 47 of them, you get 14g protein and I think like 110 cals. They are really good and packed with protein. I eat them with cottage cheese or with a pocket sandwich... or they are just good by themselves. terri

I just received an email from the snack company they stated that you can find there products in Stop & Shop, IGA, Shop Rite, King Kullen, the products would be found in the Gourmet deptartment. I hope you will be able to try them? I also tried the Quacker Oats snacks - Q Smart in Ranch did not like it at all. But i also found from Quacker Oats - Q smart Snack bars, the Peanut Butter Chocolate chip bars.. I love them, they also come in another flavor? sorry I can't recall the other flavor. each bar has 3 g of impact carbs, 10 grams of protein,0 trans fat 4g of sugar alcohol, sugar 1 .. Try them I purschased them at Stop & shop. Thanks Nina
