I can't believe you and your children don't have work/school. The roads all seem fine here in New London and Groton. I was so surprised when I read that you and your children didn't have work/school today - smile
Monday Exercises:
30 minutes crosstrainer
20 minutes rowing
10 minutes ab exercises
10 minutes stretching

Hi Kathy,
Well I have been sick for about 3 weeks with that upper respiratory bug and have not done any excercise. I had barely enough energy to go to work everyday. When I went out shopping I decided enough was enough and I bought the walk away the pounds 3 mile walk tape. I love it but was only able to do 1 mile. So now I will have to build up my stamina once again. Thanks for being my inspiration
