Good Morning Everybody, I already did my 35 min on treadmill this morning and will do my squats this evening and will do shovel the snow this afternoon for part of excercise. Have a nice day! Kathy K

Hey Kathy, I just did my 20 minutes on the treadmill. Will do a dance workout video later today and going to Target tomorrow to buy an exercise ball so I will be starting that soon. I have been slacking on exercise but I am making a promise to myself to get back on track.

Hi I love to use excercise ball and you can use many things on this excercise ball. Good job to excercise today! Keep it up Let me know how you like excercise ball? I also use dumbbell weight lift while using excercise ball too. Kathy K

Kathy- I did my walking aerobics tape for 40 min. It wasn't easy to get myself motivated to do it..but I did..and now, I feel oh so good! Hugs Joanie

Hey Joanie I know it is not easy to excercise myself but I want to excercise everyday because I do not want to go back old way again. Plus My trainer always ask me what I did excercise at home and I cannot lie her! SMILE! I am proud of you you did it today and tomorrow you will go water excercise right? You need poster trainer with point at you to help you to motive or poster of Dr Aranow with his arms fold and look at you LOL Hugs Kathy K

Kathy, This made me laugh! I think Dr. A would love it if he knew we had a poster of him hanging on all of our walls intimidating... ahemmm, I mean ENCOURAGING us to exercise! What a vision! LOL. I haven't been posting much lately, but I have been exercising. I also did shoveling all weekend and worked out on the treadmill (30mins) 4x last week. I can do one of the weight loss programs on it now and can keep up pretty well. I was actually jogging! I also went sledding with the girls in our hilly driveway yesterday. I actually fit on the sled with both of them on it at the same time and it was so much fun!!!! That was one of my goals, to go out sledding with the girls. I have good news too.... the sled and the hill are still in tact! LOLOLOL. Have a good day off today(Monday) I ended up with the day off too. Daycare closed and I just took a vacation day. Maybe some more sledding! Thanks for the smiles this morning! Terri

I haven't really done actual exercise this week, but have been very busy unpacking boxes of books at work. It has to count a little! I bought Yoga for Beginners and am going to watch/do that tonight! Also shoveled lots of snow earlier... Have a great night, Carmen
