Joanie's Food Log-Sunday
The old Joanie was back yesterday...she came and visited...and I am throwing her out today! Oh..I was terrible yesterday..back to some of my old behaviors...I grazed all day..did NO exercise and was a couch potato all day. I don't even want to tell you the things I ate! I disgusted myself. I was so bad..I didn't even visit this msg board yesterday...NOW that is BAD for me!
I am usually here five or six times a day! OK..No beating myself up...I had a bad day. Back to normal today. Going to have breakfast--clean the kitchen and then pop in my 2 mile walking aerobics video..that should get me back on track!
Here is the plan for today...
B-scrambled eggs-1/2 carb consider english muffin 15 g
S-Protein Drink 30 g
L-chicken cordon bleu and 1/4 c of mashed potatos
D-perdue chicken low fat...and 1/4 cup of pasta
S-protein bar

Don't beat yourself up too bad Joanie. I feel your pain. I grazed all day yesterday. I'm couch bound and all I could do is think about food. I did stick to bars most of the day, but snuck in a couple servings of Frito Lay Munchie Mix as well. I finally forced myself to put my stats in Fit Day so I could see it in black and white. That did seem to stop me I have to admit. It's this darn ole weather.....

Yesterday was terrible, but much better today!!
B- 4 slices turkey bacon, triied a low-carb Eggo but it was yucky so I had Lower Sugar Oatmeal
S- CC Hot Chocolate milk
L- 1/2 (if that) Chicken Ceasar salad w/ LF dressing
D- Hamburger helper, mostly just hamburger...
S- probably nothing, maybe more "hot chocolate"
