Kathy 's Excercise Log- Saturday
Hi Gangs !
I am back! My trainer pushed me hard this morning. When I use excercise ball for push up. She wants me to go more far than before. It is harder to push up but I did it.I did alot of various of weight lifts for total body and did Cross trainer for 15 min . I will do excercise bike tonight for 30 min and will practice more squats and have to make sure my back stands up straight up , not little bend over!
