6 degrees out there today! Brrrr I had go out and take my daughter to the bus stop and my son to school. I am running late..but can't start my day without a checking out this board.
B-carb consider English Muffin--7g
S-protein drink
L-having lunch with Debby Marcus! Maybe a hamburger no bun with a side of cottage cheese
S-protein bar
D-Pasta dinner at the dance...not sure if there willl be any protein..maybe I should sneak in a mozzarella stick...

Hope you have fun at the dance tonight!
I put all my food on fit-day yesterday, and discovered I am eating way too much fat! I have salad alot for lunch, and I started out with fat free dressings and over time have gradually worked my way up to regular dressing. Well, I looked at the label of my Caesar salad dressing for the first time yesterday, and nearly fell off the chair!! 17 gr of fat in 2 tablespoons!!!
Needless to say, I will not eat that anymore. I need to go to the store and get some fat-free dressing again, which I will do tonight after work.
I also started eating the Morning Start Breakfast bars every day, instead of the Carb Countdown yogurt, and there is much more fat and calories in the bars. So, I will cut back on those alittle too.
Anyway, here is my menu for today:
B- Carb Countdown yogurt, 12 gr protein
S- Protein shake, 20 gr protein
L- spinach wrap w/slice of deli ham and cheese,smidgeon of horseradish
D- I am planning on making calzones for the family, and will probably eat the inside only of 1.
I have also cut out my morning Dunkin Donuts coffee, this will help me get in more water, and also, my stomach has been bothering me lately, and I think coffee may be part of the problem. (Plus all that fat I was eating!!)

Well, so much for my not eating this week!! I did lose 2 lbs, maybe more since I last checked, progress to say the least.
It's Friday.. I'm bad on Fridays!! I had the best hot dog ever!!
It's actually the first hot dog I've been able to tolerate since surgery. I tried once before, but it ended up on the ground.
This one was a Freakin' Hot hot dog from Spike's with chili/cheese/peppers/hot sauce.. no bun, of course. Can't say the fat content was all that great, but I believe that fat is ok (sometimes) as long as you aren't mixing w/carbs. (Atkins old school)
Ok, so that was lunch. I'm having Mexican for dinner tonight (will probably do a fajita salad (locarb) before seeing Jerry Seinfeld tonight.

It WAY too cold out today! It was 2 when I dropped my daughter off at daycare. I feel bad for my hubby who has to work in this weather, especially since everyone in the house is fighting a cold!!!
