One year goal met!
I went in for my gall bladder check up and I was weighed at 214. At home and naked I was 211. STOP THINKING ABOUT IT!!! I look like a shar pei. LOL 
Anyway, my surgeon told me I was doing really good since I had met the one year goal. I know before surgery he told me the 70% excess weight loss would bring me to 211. I am soooooo excited.

Wow Kathy - that's outstanding!!!! Your dr's goals sound very realistic...that's awesome for you - I think it's a big self esteem booster. My dr's goals are rather....I guess you could say, ambitious (?) - I'll be 9 months post op on Sept 19th and by my nine month appt on Sept 11th he wanted me to have lost it all - down to 140 lbs....I still have 19 lbs to go and feeling a little crappy since there is no way in hell I am going to be down to 140 by then!
