Kathy's Excercise Log- Thursday
Good Morning Everybody,
Last night, I did my carido only but did not excercise other things. I did on treadmill for flat for 15 min then increase uphill for 15 min then back to flat for 5 min. Tonight I will see my trainer at the gym to work hard on my excercise with her.
Tip from my Trainer:
Remember, you should drink at least eight glasses of water a day to stay healthy, including a full glass before every meal! This not only gives you a feeling of fullness - which can put the brakes on overeating - it also flushes out your cells and keeps your body operating in tip-top shape!
The following beverages will help you hit your daily water needs, and there's no cap on how much of these you can drink! Notice that diet soda, which contains caffeine and artificial chemicals, is not on the list!:
· Tap water
· Bottled water
· Carbonated water
· Flavored water (sugar-free)
· Decaffeinated coffee
Herbal Tea
Have a good wokrout
You can do it! Go for it!!!

Kathy-
Just to let you know...I did not do any formal exercise today..so I guess this is my "planned" night off! I left work a 2pm..and had a manicure/pedicue...and went shopping. I was in and out of the car 10 times at least. I parked in the back of every lot..(froze my buns off!) so I got extra exercise there. Tomorrow I am going to a benefit dance with my DH..and I will dance the night away! So that will be my exercise for Friday!
I am beat...one more post..and I going to bed..
