Kathy's Excercise Log- WEdnesday
Good Morning Everybody,
It will be snowing today in the afternoon so I will be excercise at home with various of excercises and will post tomorrow
Last night I had work out with my trainer. my arms and my legs are sores.
5 min warm up on treadmill
abdominal excercise with holding heavy ball on excercise ball 20 for 3 sets
leg extensions 12 for 3 sets
leg curls 12 for 3 sets
back excercise 12 for 3 sets
chest excerise 12 for 3 sets
shoulder excercise 12 for 3 sets
biceps 12 for 3 sets
triceps 12 for 3 sets
squats 12 for 3 sets
strength
went back for on treadmill for ten min uphill speed 3.5
My trainer worked on me for total body workout last night and I felt good after working hard last night.
Did you sleep better after you excercise? I did! I slept like a baby and of course I am still morning person ! SMILE!

I did my Leslie Sansone walking aerobics last night for 20 min. My 11 yr old Lauryn has been doing them with me. What a great little motivator she has become. It's something we can do together..and enjoy. We get silly sometimes...making up our own steps...jogging around the room!
Tonight is water aerobics. I am really looking fwd to that. I wi**** was three nights a week, instead of two though.
Ok..off to my food log and then time to hit the showers!

I have been jumping jacks with my daugther too on other day and she was enjoying to do with me and said let s do again tonight! So I will do that again with her tonight. It is good to see our kids invloved to do excercise to keep their shapes up. Have fun at your water aerobics tonight and dont get your hair wet to go outside because I do not want you to get sick for bowling party! SMILE!
Hi Gang!!! Well, I've never posted on the EXERCISE thread before!
But, today, I'm proud to say - I joined a gym yesterday and worked out last night for 90 minutes!!! Yay for me! I'm going again on Thursday night. Believe it or not, even though I do yoga, I was still sore- just in areas that are a little different for me to feel sore in.
The trainer I was working with actually made fun of my whimpy triceps! (lovingly of course) and vowed that we're going to get them in shape for bathing suit season. Amen to that!!
Thanks so much to Kathy for her inspiration. I know if she can do it, so can I. My goal is to be as physically fit as possible for 2005. Toning and firming are my priorities...though I know we can only do so much with this excess skin...I still can work at it, right?
