CALORIE COUNTS???

DOES ANYONE KNOW THE AVERAGE AMMOUNT OF CALORIES WE SHOULD REACH DAILY. I SEEM TO BE AVERAGING ANYWHERE FROM 650-1000 (ON A BAD DAY) PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE HAS GUIDELINES?? BECKY

I was never given any guidelines on this either although it sure would be nice. Mine is usually aroung 800, but this of course varies!

Lynda, the nurse at Dr. Bell's told us to keep it under 1000 calories a day while we wanted to lose weight. Pam
