another 5 lbs gone

Yeah!!!!! Went to Drs today another 5 lbs gone in 3 weeks I was so afraid I thought I gained weight because I had to stop walking for awhile due to hip problems ( cyst on femus bone and a rip in the cartiledge) but I DID IT!!! Thank you everyone for being there because you folks give me the strength and you are all wonderful

Gosh, hope you are feeling better, Joanne. 5lbs in 3 weeks is great. I weigh in once a week at TOPS, and on the weeks where I only lose one pound, the leader says "hey, that is four sticks of butter gone away!" It does help to visualize that one pound of fat looks just like 4 sticks of butter!!! Take care.
