Short and sweet today.. B-Toast w/2 oz of melted cheese 10g S-NONE L-2oz of taco meat (turkey) over a salad , cup of peaches S- half cup of tomato soup with 2 oz of cheese 10g D- Turkey...mmmmmm cannot wait for this meal! Joanie

Coooollllldddd this morning!! Fell off the wagon yesterday, had some yummy italian bread. B - Fried Mush 7g (it's 9g protein for a full piece). Kind of a cross between quiche and pancakes. It was yummy. L - low carb bagel with pb 14g S - sf popsicle D - not sure yet (family will have pasta, I may have some meatballs) S - maybe some hot cocoa 3g Pam

It has been a very crazy day so far. Very busy at work and I had to be up extra early for a 7am job interview. It's almost 1pm and I'm still eating my breakfast!
