Hi All, I been itchy for a two days now and I just notice I have red spots on my arms and my legs. Could this be from the surgery? Let me know if this happen to any one. Thanks

Not sure if it could be from surgery or not but it sounds almost like you are having an allergic reaction to something. I would call and let the doctor know. Heidi

Magaly, call you doc, it will probably tell you to take a little benedryl liquid. its sounds like an allergic reaction to me too. I am allergic to adhesives. I get red spots and itch terribly from all bandaids, and adhesives they use in the hospital, wherever they put monitors or bandaids. but you are 10 days post op, its kind of late for that to be showing up. what have you eatten or taken in the last 24 hours. what have you done differently in the last 2 days. think, but still call doctor.

Hi Magaly, I had this too, right after I got home from surgery. Beth suggested it was possibly from the medication Dr. Bell gave me for afterwards (I used it), but I got it before I took the medicine. I got it a lot on my back, my stomach, and my legs. I do not get it anymore, but it took a couple of weeks. I think it may be leftover from the anesthesia. Pam

Hi Magaly, I agree to give your doc a call. I have some skin problems before surgery but after everything got worse. I am covered in red spots and blotches. Heading to a dermatologist very soon to nip it in the bud. I wish you luck. Keeps us posted. ~julie~
