Kathy's Excercise Log - Sunday
Good Morning Everybody
Sorry I did not post my excercise log last night but we got home late from the dinner from my son's friend"s house. His parents and we can along great and talked alot. They were very impressed that we have a nice kids, Kyle and Jessica
Yesterday I worked out with my trainer at gym. I tried new thing which I never used it for a long time. JUMP ROPE for few min to build up my cardio.
5 min warm up on Treadmill
pumps weightlift for chest 12 for 3 sets
back rows 12 for 3 sets
row high to low 12 for 3 sets
leg curl 12 for 3 sets
leg extension 12 for 3 sets
situp from smaller excercise ball 20 or 3 sets
dumbbell weight for tricep and bicep each 12 for 3 sets
strength out
then I went to do my cardio for ten min before I ended my excercise
This morning
I did 30 min on treadmill and will plan to do excercise on floor tonight like situp, legs lifts,etc..

Kathy I did my Leslie Sanson tape again...40 min total of aerobic walking...I am so glad I found this. Its a great alternative to walking outside with lots of upper body easy exercises. I do not have water aerobics on Monday due to MLK day. Today is my planned day off from formall exercise, but willl be doing lots of housework and laundry..if that counts at all!
