Hello Frenchy: I thought I would say hello and how are you? This is Kim Callahan from Milford and I wanted to let you know I had my surgery and did great. I had the laporscopic on the 30th of December. So far I have lost 30lbs. How are you doing? Sorry I did not get a chance to see you at the last support meeting, we were so busy at work due to the holidays so I had alot to do in Community Services in Orange. I get all the donations of baskets and gifts for the local families who are not doing well. Its a very rewarding job. I also coordinate transportation for the town elderly and handicapped residents. Well I hope your holidays were great and hope your doing well. I noticed you were looking for LaToya, I know she has been on the board talking with alot of the regulars for the bowling party. Hi Kim, Glad to see that you are doing well. Thanks for asking about the holidays they were great. You do such wonderful word with you job. There should be more folks like you in the world. My journey is going extremely well. I am down 66 lbs. in 7 weeks. I truly thank God for this blessing and such a speedy recovery. Take care and I'll talk to you soon. Frenchy

Frenchy, Thanks for calling me out like that, too funny. I am here. I stay mostly on the ct boards because the BAF has too much drama for me but I stil lurk over there now and then. How are you? Did you enjoy your work week. Isnt it hard when you just go back? I am still here but wondered where u were. I emailed you and never heard anything back. I hope everything is going well and tell your lovely wife I said hello. Isn't it tooooo cold outside. I am losing but sometimes it seems like it is not fast enough but I did not gain it overnight and I will not lose it overnight. Well let me go get ready for my niece's birthday bowling party. Oh by the way are you coming to the Ct Board's bowling party on 2/13 I believe it is. Just look at Joanie's post below but I will talk to you later and thanks for calling me out

Oh darn, Here I was having such a fantasy!! lol I have a real good guy friend too, and it's so funny, we talk about sports (especially college BB) and he lives down south. He had this surgery the same time I did and we really hit it off. However, his wife doesn't like the idea at all......Like I am going to run to S Carolina! Not... love, Cheryl

Hey Stranger, Glad to know that you are doing ok . Work is work, but I am thankful to have a job that pays great. I will tell Stacy you send your regards. I am doing well. I have been working out 5-6 times a weeks at Bally's . I am trying to be more active and it is paying off. I am down 66 lbs since 11/22/04 . I have not been on this board for a while . I have to check out the Bowling party post to see if I can make it. This weather is . My first winter here in CT and boy I can't wait until it is over . Keep in touch. Give me a call sometime. Hey Frenchy, I know what you mean about the winters in CT. I have been here since I was 4 and I hate them. While I was in school in Buffalo, I much preferred their winter because it was a real winter and not the teasing thing we have in CT where one day is 50 and the next we get a snow storm but I hate winter in all. I need to up my exercise sometimes I am just tooo tired to do anything and now since I have a treadmill at home I have to force myself to go downstairs to use it but I did jog on it for 2 minutes the other day which I was proud of. I do some exercise videos also which I like more than "gym equipment" but anyway. I believe I am down 52 pounds since 11/16 and 20 pounds before then so I am looking at a grand total of 72 pounds. I need to stop weighing myself everyday because I get so frustrated. Are you getting all your protein, fluid, and vitamins in. I think sometimes especially with the fluid I do not do all I am supposed to. I used to love water but now I force myself to drink it and Crystal light is too sweet for me. I am going to try some diet snapple and see how that tastes. Well for law shcool I have decided to go to Michigan but I will be applying to UConn and Franklin Pierce in NH this week so Michigan will be my back up plan in case I do not get in those and I am real excited about school because my job is the devil I swear. I had my annual review this week and they told me I am only doing marginal even though they stressed it several times I am the best person in my dept. How does that work? They said I put up a wall and if I do not like a person I refuse to talk to them or work with them. I do not know where they are getting this from but ok if you say so. It could also be that my job is like a high school and everyone is sleeping with everyone else while their spouse also works there and I refuse to get involved in that nonsense but enough of my babbling. I do not have your number, I only gave Stacy mine when you were in the hospital so email it to me and I email you mine. Well this post is a long one so can't wait to hear from you. Toya
