Starting fresh again after 3 years of being on my own
Hi,
I'm not aware of any support groups in Norwich but there is one in New London at L&M on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. I'm not sure of the time but you could probably call. Also we are just starting an informal support group in Westbrook which is kind of a haul but you're certainly welcome. Other than that, there is a support group at Middlesex Hospital. Hope this helps.

Hi Angela,
I'm in Griswold..same thing with me...I got the band in 03 and I haven't done too much with it! I just got a fill last week and I'm kicking this into gear. A support group would be great! I don't know of any but maybe we could start one?
Let me know...my email is [email protected]
take care, Kim

Angela,
I attend a support group called TOPS (take off pounds sensibly)...yes, it is a weight lose support group...but it is inexpensive and very helpful...I am the kind of person that has to face the scale... and not just by myself in the bathroom every day..but with someone else holding me accountable. Although the group does have an exchange program...they encourage you to chose what plan is good for you....we have an exercise class once a month....and several of us join together to walk the track at our local high school nightly...
We all know..it is not just the diet that takes off the pounds....
I hope you find the right path to help you on your journey!
