Insurance Denial

My sister started her WLS journey in September and her health insurance Cigna denied her. Deb from Dr. Valin's office gave her a pamphlet of a law firm that fights insurance companies and has a high success rate of overturning denials. She filled out her info the week before Christmas and was emailed yesterday that the firm is sending her appeal to Cigna. They have high hopes that she will be approved within a month! If anyone is having insurance denial issues and would like the name of the firm my sister is using for hers, please email me.
