Hi Anne, Just wanted to let you know that I use Carb Options Peanutbutter. It is about 190 calories (2TBLSP), 17 grams of fat and 1 sugar...lol of course there is protein but I forget that number. I like it and have tried both the smooth and the crunchy. I don't use it often but enjoy it for a treat once in a while on a lite multi-grain english muffin. Linda

Thanks Kathy..for posting my food log today. I ended up having a very busy morning at work. Didn't want to take my 91 yr old aunt out in this mess today..so I am home. I rented some DVDs that I can watch while I do some laundry. So dinner is home tonight. I will have a veggie burger. I like the Morning Star grillers...they are 16g of protein. I put a bit of ketchup and mustard on it and eat it on half a hamberger roll. Very filling. Going to computer surf for awhile. Then maybe take a nap. I did not sleep well last night! I am going to do the walking aerobics tape for 30 min. Hugs, Joanie
