Kathy's Excercise Log - Friday
Good Morning Everybody,
Thanks god , Today is friday!!! which means I will have a long weekend off ( no work on Monday SMILE!) I am little sores from both arms and legs after working out hard with my personal trainer last night. I felt good after working hard in excercise. My face was so red and sweaty!!
5 min warm up on Treadmill
pumps weightlift for chest 12 for 3 sets
we tried new machine:
row high to lower 12 for 3 sets
row lower to high 12 for 3 sets
Obliques 12 for 3 sets
push up by using exercise ball 12 for 3 sets
situp from mats floor 20 for 2 sets (I need to work on it )
crunches on excercise ball
dumbbell chest press 12 for 3 sets
pump weightlifts for triceps and briceps(sp?) 12 x for 3 sets
leg curl 12 for 3 sets
leg extension 12 for 3 sets
strentgh out
then I went to do my cardio for ten min before I ended my excercise

Today I worked out for 30 minutes on the Elliptical machine.
I also have a long weekend, but my hubby has to work on Monday, so I may take my daughter ice skating again...

Hi Kathy,
I miss you ..have not seen you in what seems like a million years. I wanted to ask for the name of the personal trainer you have. I am thinking of maybe doing something like that. I hope to see you in a few weeks at a meeting. maybe I'll swing over to the one you go to . Going to Mexico in a week and cannot wait to lay in the sunshine. Take care and I'll see you soon
