Any Promotions for Bariatric Advantage?

Hi Boardies... I guess you can tell I am new (15 days Post op)... My doctor recommended Bariatric advantage for Calcuim and B12 and when I went on, I say a place for a promotional code.... and I thought, maybe you guys might know of any promtions. What about Calcium and B12 from Pharmacy? is it the same price/benefits? Help... I just dont know ~Sweet Mammy

Hi Sweet Mammy: B12: I got a script from Dr. Floch for my B12 so I can get a shot once a month. You can also ask Danielle about this. This way, I have the liquid B12 that I can take to my nutritionist's office (in same office as my PCP) and get my shot there or when I visit FCB for my monthy appts. I find the B12 shots to work very well. Makes for less "daily" supplement intake and (I feel) is absorbed into the body better. Calcium: I use "LifeTime" Calcium Magnesium Citrate. It is a liquid calcium supplement that I got at Mrs. Green's in Fairfield. I prefer the strawberry flavor. It comes in many flavors and is easy to take by spoon or in some yogurt (which I do every night). My suggestion (if you have not already done so) is consult with a Nutritionist. I see Nancy Murphy in Fairfield. She is top notch. She can advise you on what you will need for supplementation and also guide you through the stages.
