This is my old non work day..now I work form 10-2. Kind of nice to have some luxury time in the morning and still have some of the day left to get things done after work plus make some extra money. I need to go shopping..I am out of almonds.. they seemed like a good snack and really filled me up with a small amout. A little here abou****er drinking...I know its something we need to do..but I have been lax about getting in the required amount. I do notice when I try to get in 24 oz before lunch and 24 oz before dinner..I am less hungry..and less apt to pick. So I guess the experts are right. I have been better about my water since the new yr...just thought I would pass along the hint. B-2oz of low fat cheese melted on rye toast 13g S-protein drink 30 g L-chicken caesar salad 14g 24 oz of propel D-vegie burger--? gms Joanie

B trail mix mornign start 12 g S simple smart milk 16 oz 20 g and a bottle of propel water 16.0oz L grilled chicken lean cruise box with broccoili 24 g S 15 almonds 6 g 2 bottles of propel D not decide yet WATER WATER WATER after excercise with my trainer tonight Kathy

Good Morning. B- Carb Countdown yogurt, 12 gr protein S- Protein shake, 20 gr L- caesar salad w/feta cheese D- sausage and ravioli Yesterday I did terrible! I was super busy at work and I forgot about my protein shake in the morning. I only got in one bottle of water. After work I went to Stop and Shop, and by the time I got home I was STARVING!! I ended up making hot dogs and hamburgers, and french fries to save time. I ate a hot dog with a third of a hot dog roll, and a hamburger with no roll. I also skipped the fries. I just say it was terrible because I skipped the protein shake, and felt hungry all day, and only got in the one bottle of water. I did however manage to get in a DD coffee...Today I am skipping the coffee to make sure I get in the good beverages~. Have a good day guys! It's almost Friday!! Anne

Every since surgery I really can't eat breakfast, at least not until I've been up for a while.... B- French Vanilla Cafe Coffee (FF/SF) S- Morning Start Blueberry Muffin Bar (12g) L- Wendy's Chili w/ cheddar (15-20g) S- Q-Smart Bar (10g) D- 2oz Pork chop & veggie (15g) S- Hopefully none, maybe 1oz cheddar cheese (7g) Have a great day everyone!
