Hello Everybody
I did not see my personal trainer last night because of snow storming. I did excercise last night at home. Did you make your excercise last night or this morning?
30 min on treadmill
20 for 3 sets sit up for upper abs with excercise ball
12 for 3 sets for push up with excercise ball
12 for 3 sets for triceps and bisceps(sp?)

I was watching my favorite show "the biggest loser" Ryan won the prize. He lost over 100 pounds while he was at home for three months and keep his new life style and excercise.
My trainer knows me about my feeling toward weight scale. She send me something which I want to share with all of you.
Don't relay on the scale alone. Even when I haven't lost pounds, when I take my measurements, I will notice I've lost inches! Don 't weigh in every day!! Keep it at once a week at the most ( Hey Everybody for me I will weight myself once a month !!!!)
Remember your "water weight". It can make the scale fluctuate by as much as four pounds. Make sure you're drinking your water everyday. that always gets the scale moving!
Remember the muscle weights more than fat. If you're working out, you're probably gaining muscle, not fat!
reevaluate your eating, Are you sticking to themeal plan and suggested portion sizes? Be honest. Don't use as bad day as an excuse to eat! stick to the plan and you will see results! Focus on how much better you feel, that alone can keep you going when the scale is not moving! Make sure you are not skipping your workouts! Remember you other reasons for getting in shape- looking younger, clothes fitting better, getting healthy for your kids,looking hot for your mate. It is not just about you weigh!!!
I like this tip from my trianer and I cut it out and put it on the board from work to remind me SMILE!!

I took last night off from exercise as planned. Even with my denial...I think I have another cold. Does not seem like the virus my family had last week..so I feel lucky for that! Tonight is water aerobics..I am really enjoying that! I so hate winter...today I was thinking how I could manage to move to Florida before my retirement years! I can dream can't I?

ok... my first post on the excercise log
First of all I must say that I haven't been working out much at all... call me a slacker....
Yesterday my new Eliptical machine was delivered... so I will let you know how long I can manage to work out on that....
Well that's if I live to talk about it....we will see how it goes... I think i will be please with anything over 5 minutes.... I figure if i start small and try to do that twice a day.... Well it's better than nothing!!!
