Okay guys,
I know this has been posted about before. But could someone tell me the difference between these two. Do a lot of people get sick off of sugar alcohol?

Neither have made me sick, although I haven't had a high amount of sugar either (still more than I know I should). From what I understand sugar alchohals can cause terrible gas! I know the Yale site has some info....
