Joanie's Food Log-Tuesday
Supposed to be 5 inches come the morning. Lord have mercy! My kids never go to school anymore!
B - Protein drink (20g)
L - protein drink (20g)
S - banana
D - lean cuisine chicken and zucchini (no carb) 19 g.
I have been feeling a bit naseous, so I'm going to stick to my protein drink for a couple of meals today to see if that helps. It'll reassure me that at least I'm getting in my protein. I don't think I get enough protein when I eat. I usually never finish what I'm supposed to for food.

Not sure what kind of snow we will get here on the severe coast, but it will be messy this afternoon. Be careful out there!
B - total protein 14g (is there anything else?)
L - 2 slices ham 10g
S - carb control yogurt 5g (trying to get more calcium/dairy in, not a big milk drinker)
D - not sure yet, might be leftover meatloaf 19g
S - sf popsicles
64 oz. of water if it kills me!

If it snows it is ok with me, $$ in the bank since hubby snowplows.
I tried something new for breakfast today. I bought these Strive bars from Susan Maria's website. They have 20 grams of protein, 8 gr fat.
I only bought one box to try - the Crunchy Banana Split flavor. They taste pretty good, but I almost broke a tooth trying to chew it. I cut it into small pieces and then it was much easier to eat.
B- Strive bar, 20 gr protein
S- Protein Shake, 20 gr protein
L- salad w/2 tsp. monterey jack cheese, and 2 tsp. feta cheese, and
caesar dressing. (no idea of protein here)
S-Propel, 2 bottles
D- Hubby wants chinese, I want salad, we'll see what happens.

Ok, so this winter is already on my nerves. Now I hear more snow. By looking out the window to, I can tell the sky is filled with it. What can you do
B- Carb Solutions Protein Shake (21)

L- Egg Beaters with Cheddar Cheese (19)
S- Detour Bar 1.5 oz size
D- Something with lean ground beef
S- SF, FF Pudding (no pie crust)
I have been getting in over 100 oz of water a day and I swear this helps keep me full. I've noticed that the past couple of months I am really starting to feel hunger more. Anyone else in the 6-10 month range experiencing this to?

I don't mind the snow THAT much, but I HATE the wintery mix that seems to follow lately! I was up extra early today and seem to be hungrier, but I will still try to be good!

L- Wendy's Chili w/ cheddar cheese (~20g)
S- SF Tapioca pudding (3g)

These long days at work are hard.... I want to eat all the time! I'll try to get extra water and avoid a snack this afternoon!
