Maggie, Dr. Bell says to start exercising when you feel up to it and do it to tolerance. You should be walking as much as you can so the treadmill is perfect especially in this yucky weather...... Glad to see you are raring to go!!!! . Linda

Magaly that is great you are thinking of excersize so soon, I hope when its time for my surgery my body bounces back and recovery is short. How are you feeling? Tara

I am feeling great! I did the treadmill yesterday for only 10 min and I am hoping to add 5 min a day until until I get to about 30 to 40 min. I am on my way out the door, I am going to go to target so that I can get my walk in and then IKEA. I am having trouble sleeping at night not because I am in pain or anthing, just can't sleep. I am right now on three hours of sleep. I figure I will get myself real tired today so that I can hopefully sleep tonight. Thanks
