shoreline support group

Hi,

Nope, there are benches and tables there.  If it rains, there is a coffee shop within the complex that is open until 9.

To Bob: Monday's support group is at 6:30 but it is for lap banders only.  The 3rd Monday is post-op only, and the 4th Monday is for gastric bypass only.

Glad to see there is a support group down here.  I live in Ivoryton and Westbrook (beach house) and I hope to join you.  My surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, August 19th, so I won't be there then.  But, keep me informed when your meetings are scheduled and I hope to be there in a few weeks.

WOW! There are quite a few of us planning to make this meeting- AWESOME!  Our first meeting was just an informal, get-to-know one another meeting.  There is plenty of space at the Westbrook outlet courtyard, so this should be perfect.  See you all tomorrow, (tuesday, aug 19th) at 5:30pm!!

Laura...please keep me in the loop as to when the next meeting is...my car broke down over the weekend...and I am waiting for parts...being driven around by my daughter...who has only enough time in her busy life to bring me to work and home....I am so glad to see so many involved...you are doing a wonderful thing!
