Is it really Monday again? Everyone in my house is back to work/school after being sick last week. This morning I woke up with a scratchy throat! Yuck!
Here goes my menu today!
B-hard boiled egg 6g
S-protein drink 30 g
24 oz of propel
L-3oz of meatloaf-salsa 18g
S-15 Almonds 4 grams24 oz of Propel
D-Perdue low fat chicken w/ salsa and lite sour cream 15 g
S- Momentum bar..12 g

L left over sir lion pork with carrots 15 g
S atkin bar 13 g
D slice of ham with string cheese with mustard on it with few of grapes 15 g
Water Water after esxcercise tonight
I am trying to eat one fruit a day

It's Monday, it's cold (at least I am). I have an interview this afternoon, wish me luck! I need this job, getting bored. I also bought Pilates for Dummies, so I am trying something new!
B - total protein 14g
L - leftover meatloaf 14g
S - sf popsicle
D - leftover meatloaf and carrots 18g
S - sf popsicle
and water water!

Greek Chicken
4 sheets heavy duty foil (12 x 18)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups green beans(fresh or frozen)
1 can diced tomatoes w/garlic and onion
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pkg feta cheese
Preheat grill to med/high or oven to 450
Cut chicken into strips, combine all ingredients in bowl
Center 1/4 of mixture on a sheet of foil. Fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat to circulate inside
Repeat to make 4 packets
Grill on covered pit for 10-14 minutes, or bake 20-24 minutes on cookie sheet in oven
Sprinkle feta cheese on top before serving

Good Morning!!
Here is what I am planning on today:
B- Carb Countdown Yogurt, 12g protein
S- DD French Vanilla coffee, then my Protein shake, 20gr protein
L- No clue, the boss is buying and hasn't told us what yet. Wherever it is, I will probably get a salad.
D- Fish, rice, and a green veggie
I will also drink at least 2 bottles of Propel.
