Good job Everybody to keep excercise everyday You will feel like a slimming superstar in the spring time!!!! You can enjoy to spend your $$$$ for new spring clothes!! I am looking forward for it too! I will go to New England Center for Hearing REhabilotation for my cochelar implant therapy and they will put update my mapping in my cochlear implant today in Hampton, Ct after work. I am planning to excercise after dinner at home for an hour and will put update what I did for excercise tonight. I hate Mondays but hope you will have a good day today! Kathy K

Kathy- So interesting about your implant therapy. I would love to hear what that entails. It sounds interesting. When did you have your implant? I am sooo sore after my long walk/run yesterday. My water aerobics class is tonight...hope I can still move by then! Hugs Joanie

Hi Joanie Yes!!!! Keeping moving no matter you are soooooo sore!!! You can move in the water tonighT and it is cool because no sweaty in the water LOL I got my cochlear implant on my left ear in Aug 2003. It is better than hearing aid and it won't restore my hearing loss but I can hear better in background than hear background with hearing aid. I have an article where they wrote about my cochlear implant and my life changed after that. I will try to remember to bring this article if we meet again each other. Are you going to Post op meeting on Feb 1 at Middlesex hospital? I will be there. let me know how you make it out with your excercise tonight or tomorrow morning Hugs Kathy K

Good Morning!! I hate Mondays too, I would much rather stay home with my family than come to work. But, that is why they have to pay me to show up! Anyway, I exercised this morning for 25 minutes on the elliptical machine. My legs are alittle sore from ice skating yesterday, but not too bad. Have a good day everyone! Anne

Well better late posting that NOT, right? smile 30 minutes on the CrossTrainer 20 minutes on the Rower 10 minutes ab exercises 10 minutes stretching No exercises tomorrow, no work, I have to go to New Haven for Federal Jury Duty Have a great day - smile Beth

Mondays are no fun!!!! There were lots of boxes here when I got in so I have been putting away book all day (that has to count as something, right?). After work I am going to the Y (with Maggie I hope) to use some machine for about an hour..... Carmen

I am so tired end of the day but did excercise 30 min for treadmill 12 for 3 sets push up 20 for 3 sets for upper abs 20 for 3 sets for lower abs 12 for 3 sets for leg thighs strentgh out before end my excercise Good Night!! Kathy K
