For the heck of it: Bette's workout log
Since I just spent a few minutes updating this info on my compuer, I thought I'd pass my exercise log for the day along, too. It's probably too detailed, but what the heck. (laughs) Take what you need and leave the rest.
Had a little back stiffness this morning, but still managed to crank out a good workout:
MACHINES:
Kicks: 30 lbs/15 reps, 2 sets each, left and right leg
Seated Leg Curls: 60 pounds/15 reps, 2 sets
Seated Leg Extension: 45 lbs/15 reps, 2 sets
Adductors: 70 lbs/15 reps, 2 sets
Abductors: 80 lbs/20 reps, 80 lbs/15 reps
Hamstrings: 30 lbs/15 reps, 2 sets
Dips: 65 lbs/15 reps, 65 lbs/20 reps
Pec Fly: 35 lbs/15 reps, 2 sets
Seated Lat Pulldown: 65 lbs/15 reps, 65 lbs/25 reps
CABLE
Standing Lat Pulldown: 65 lbs/15 reps, 70 lbs/25 reps
Standing rope pulldown: 45 lbs/15 reps, 2 sets
Biceps curls: 25 lbs/15 reps, 2 sets
TREADMILL
2 minutes at 2.5 mph
20 minutes at 3 mph
5 minutes at 2.5 mph (cooldown)
TOTAL LENGTH OF WORKOUT: 1 hour, 17 minutes
