Got up early today...was hungry..so I grabbed a protein bar, so I guess that is breakfast!
B-Momentum 12g
S-Protein drink 30g
L-roast beef rollup/wrapped with low fat cheese and lettuce 15g
S-1/2 c of tomato soup with 1 oz low fat cheese 7g
D-meatloaf and spinach-14g
48 oz of propel throughtout the day...

Good morning!
Today I was up early too - 6:30am. Early for a Sunday anyway.
Joanie, I always see you talking about Momentum bars, so I saw some in Stop and Shop and bought a box. They're pretty good. I had one for a snack last night.
B- Morning Start protein bar
S- Protein shake
L- salad
D- not sure yet, maybe hamburger/hot dog (no roll of course)
I will be sure to get in my water also.

I was able to sleep in which is good considering I'm not a morning person. I've been good about being on track, but the weekend is killing me.
B- 16.9 oz of Propel
S- 16 oz of Fruit 2 o Tangerine
L- Egg Beaters with LF Cheddar cheese (20)
S-Detour Bar (15)
S- Slice of SF, FF pudding pie (3) (see above remark about weekend)
D- EAS Lite Carb Life Protein Shake, Vanilla Cream (25)
S- Carb Well Peanut Butter Bar (10)
SF Ice pops and lots of water to fill in the gaps.

Hi guys!
B - Protein drink
L - 2 oz. roast beef, carrots, about 2 spoonfuls of potatoes
D - chicken (not sure what else).
S - lots of water and I had the WORST craving for fruit. Found some awesome watermelon at Shaws, so I hate a bit of that. Ok, more than a bit.....
What is your take on fruit? My body is dying for it!
