I guess I'll start this today (hope you're not mad, Joanie!)
I was so nervous and busy most of the day so I haven't had much... Need to get lots of water this evening too!!!!

S- Contents of a stuffed cabbage roll (7g)
D- 1/4 Atkin's Bar & 1oz Cheddar Cheese (11g)

Carmen- Mad? Why?
I like the fact that you started this..feel free to do this anytime! I worked today-no internet access. Everyone in my house is sick now (husband, daughter and now my son)--so far I am feeling ok..except for being exhausted taking care of everyone else! I have done great today eatingwise..and the scale was nice to me today...I am officially down 75 lbs!
B-1 sl of rye toasted with 2oz of low fat cheese melted-13 g
S-protein drink 30g
L-leftover BBQ pork-3oz Almonds- I got the protein count wrong yestereday...the can says 28 of them are 6g of protein...I had 14 of them...so 3 gns protein
Propel water 24 oz
S-soy chips...I bought them at the store today..Soytitos.(19 of them are 90 calories and 7g of protein 15 carbs) .I dipped them in 1 tbsp of lite sour cream and some salsa...they are pretty good! I had 10 0f them..with the sc and salsa--5g protein
Medium DD decaf coffee 16oz
D-healthy choice deli roast beef and low fat cheese 14g
14 almonds...3g
S- SF jello and FF cool whip
I went shopping and trying to get some variety in my meal plan here. I was starting to get bored.
I will also get in another 24 oz of propel tonight.

hmmmm.... soytitos, huh? Were they in the snack isle? I love trying new soy chip products, they really help when I get the urge to crunch without the dreaded carbs. Only most of the ones I've tried are teeth shattering hard!
