Hi Joanie: We get menus at work every day from 3 local restaurants. One of the specials today at one is called the Bronx Bomber. It consists of 4 hot dogs, chili, sauerkraut and onions. For some reason, the sound of it is making me drool...I almost wish I could eat that much for one meal, to try. BUT, I said "almost wish". One large meal would turn into two, etc. I like eating small portions now and I like having my body tell me I am satisfied without stuffing myself with 4 hot dogs, or whatever. I have found that I don't enjoy food as much as I used to anyway, which is a good thing. It smells and looks better than it actually tastes. I look forward to a meal, and then when I eat it, it is like "Oh well, it was ok". Anyway, enough rambling...on to the menu: B- Morning start Strawberry crisp bar, 12gr protein S- DD Cinnamon coffee, then my protein shake, 19 or 20gr protein L- gorgonzola salad from Stew Leonard's...yummy!! 2 bottles of water (propel) D- steak, veggie and mashed potato. (what I was gonna make last night) S- 2 tsp. cheese and handful unsalted peanuts Stay warm and toasty!! Anne
