Hi Kathy, Got up this morning and walked up and down 2 flights of stairs 3x. I brought up some laundry. I was huffin and puffin on the 3rd round, but i know i wasn't going outside for a walk today, so i figured i would kill 2 birds with one stone and do some laundry while i got some exercise. I also walked around the garage at work 2x. I work at SBC in the construction office and the garage is huge. if I can't get outside to walk, I do a couple of laps inside. that's it.... it was something more than i was doing before. hopefully i will do better tomorrow. terri

That is great! Keep moving around than sitting down and do nothing! I know you can do it !!! do excercise for 15 min everyday is not hurted at all. Have a nice weekend! Hugs Kathy K
